Best muscle Muscle Building Rules

My macros:
Protein - Animal/whey - 150g
Creatine - 2 x 5g (before and after workout)
BCAA - 3 X 5g
Cals - 4000ish (my maintenance is around 3300)

If there are any more sups I could be using that would enhance my gains/training please let me know! I was considering Taurine and Beta Alanine.

As for my workout I think I'm going to do a 2 day split with a rest day in between:

Day 1:Chest/triceps/shoulders Day 2:Back/biceps/legs.

If anyone has any better suggestions then please feel free, I want a workout program that allows me to workout 4/5 times per week and focuses mainly on upper body. I will be training legs however I wont be prioritizing them. Here are current exercises I am doing, please feel free to suggest any I should add/remove:

- Incline Dumbbell Press (chest)
- Decline Dumbbell Flyes (chest)
- Cable crossovers (chest)
- Push ups (chest)

- Shoulder dumbbell press
- Smiths machine shoulder press
- Dumbbell raises
- EZ bar lifts (closed grip from hips to neck)
- Shrugs (traps)

- Skullcrushers
- Tricep dips (no assist/weight)
- Tricep extensions (rope)

- Deadlifts
- T-bar rows
- Seated row
- Lat pulldown
- Wide grip pull ups (assisted)

- EZ bar curls
- Hammer curls (seated)

- Squats (smiths machine, we have no rack at my gym)
- Quad extensions (machine)
- Hamstring extensions (machine)
- Dumbbell lunges

- Sit ups
- Need more ab exercises.
