Imodstyle Muscle Building



Started weightlifting 5 months ago,after 3 monts of ****around (bad form just doing isolatione exercises).
I got serious and started all over again.

Stats
Height 5'6
Weight 155 pounds
Squat 183 x 5
Bench 143 x 5
Deadlift 154 x 5
Overhead press : 95 x 5
Barbell row 140 x 5

Goals
Squat 330 x 5
Bench 242 x 5
Deadlift 385 x 5
Overhead press 154 x 5
Also want to get big as possible

Diet
Try to eat clean as possible but sometimes some IFFYM
I will use my fitnesspal.
Bulking clean atleast trying to.


Routine
I will be doing stronglifts 5x5 with some extra work (pull ups,curls,dips).
I am going to record some of my workout.

Workout 22/06/13
First some dynamic ankle stretches and bodyweight squats.
I have really tight ankles lol also flat feeted :/
Squats:
warm up sets first empty bar x 10 then add 50 pounds untill work set

Squats felt good today.
