Legal Steroids to Help you build Muscle

Okay so the plan is to post almost every day with my workout, my weigh in that morning and my macros, calories and cardio. Would post pictures if that's the done thing on these logs not sure if they are though? Thanks for any feedback.

I started training 3rd Feb 2013, for 4 months. I was training and dieting extremely well, I saw loads of gains but lost motivation towards the end. Around my exam period I stopped lifting and dieting and have spent over a month this way. I still have motivation issues but am hoping that I can get some motivation from these forums/videos.

I started at 120 pounds and 5"8', and was extremely underweight. I currently stand at around 143 pounds and 5"9', I have definitely lost some muscle over the last month and have put on a little fat.
