Professional Strength Muscle Building


Going to start logging my workouts here any critiques on my split etc would be appreciated. Currently in my 20th week of cutting down from 105kg to 89kg. 18 years old 6'3" lifting for 2 years. Current split is pull push off legs off repeat. I alternate the following workouts:

Pull A:
Bb Bent Over Row 5x 8-12
One Arm Db Row 5x 8-12
Cable Pullover 3x 8-12
Bb Shrugs 3x 8
Rear Delt Fly 3x 8-12
Db Incline Curl 5x 8-12
Straight Bar Curl 5x 8-12

Pull B:
Romanian Deadlifts 5x 5
TBar Row 4x 6
Underhand PullUps 4x 6
Db Shrugs 4x 8
Ez Bar Preacher Curls 5 x 8-12
Db Hammer Curl 5x 8-12

Push A:
Bb Overhead Press 5x 5
Db Flat Bench/Bb decline bench 5x 8-12

Db Side Lateral Raises 3x 8-12
